Who we are

Expert advisors, experienced professionals

Scott Cunningham, JD

Scott is a Principal Co-Founder of Endevera Technologies and serves as CEO. He also serves as a Principal with Eaton Square, a global M&A and Investment Banking Advisory firm. He leads their Palm Beach, FL office and specializes in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in the telecom technology and logistics market verticals. Scott began his capital markets career in and around the futures markets of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1998 while attending the Loyola University Chicago, School of Law.

A former derivatives broker and analyst with Cantor Fitzgerald & Company, Scott has also held trading, wealth management and investment banking positions with firms such as UBS, MerrillLynch, Prudential Financial Derivatives, and Rosenthal Collins Group. Scott received Juris Doctor from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration cum laude from the University of Alabama, with a major in International Management and a minor in Russian.

Steve Sebestyen

Steve is a Principal Co-Founder of Endevera Technologies and serves as President, with a broad range of responsibilities that includes corporate strategy, business development, M&A, technology integration and product development.

Most recently a business development principal for Amazon Web Serves’ public sector division where he launched a public sector broadband practice and supported public safety companies and agencies. Prior to that, he was VP of Business Development at Ring, an Amazon Company, with responsibility for starting up their public sector practice as well as innovative new products and features. He started his career in technology and public safety as an engineer over 27 years ago at Motorola Solutions, the largest public safety technology provider in the world.

Steve has taken lead roles in systems design, business development, global marketing, venture investment and product management with some of the world’s largest technology companies. Having worked with some of the largest public safety and municipal governments in the world, Steve has a deep passion for public sector and technology and has continued his mission-driven work across a variety companies as a fractional executive.

Greg Mazza

Greg serves as CFO and a Principal Co-Founder at Endevera Technologies. He brings with him a diversity of experience gained from working with some of the world’s largest companies and an innovative mindset that allows him to embrace business challenges, identify opportunities, and implement change.

As both a CFO and Division CEO, Greg has led initiatives in business transformation, growth strategies & tactics, product & services ideation and implementation, M&A targeting & transition and business development to help companies like HSBC, MetLife, Amtrust and General Motors drive growth and stability.

Greg is also a Principal with Eaton Square, a global M&A and Investment Banking Advisory firm, where he leads their Charlotte, NC, office. He specializes in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for telecom software and technology companies. Greg received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance, General Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and received both Graduate (MS) and Undergraduate (BS) degrees from the Ohio State University, where he was a D1 varsity hockey player.

Scott Scheidt

Scott C. Scheidt, PhD, is a 32-year veteran and Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserves and a highly sought-after professional in the digital security arena. He is the owner of Scheidt Enterprises, through which he holds ownership positions in multiple cybersecurity and blockchain-related entities. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Security Officer for Wolfberry and the company's Hyperledger Fabric and Blockchain-related project known as IoT Defender. With over 30 years of experience in leading business intelligence and government cybersecurity activities, Scott’s background and accomplishments include:
- US Army Reserves Lieutenant Colonel with over 30 years of military service
- Top Secret Clearance- PhD in Cybersecurity through Trident University International- Masters of Science in Cybersecurity Technology from UMGC
- MBA from Touro University Internation- BA in Economics from Georgia Southern University, Armstrong Campus
- Taught Offensive Cybersecurity for US Army Cyber Mission Forces
- Adjunct Cybersecurity Professor (and Law Enforcement Agency Partner) at Georgia Southern University and Savannah Technical College
- Co-author of four cybersecurity textbooks used in colleges and universities globally
